HKUST Center for Aging Science Participated in the BOC Life 10th Golden Age Expo & Summit

HKUST Center for Aging Science participated in the BOC Life 10th Golden Age Expo & Summit (GAES) on July 31 - August 2, 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Center's booth at the GAES Expo showcased research projects of HKUST faculties, including the intelligent balance bike rehabilitation device.

Meanwhile, HKUST Institute for Emerging Market Studies (IEMS), EY and Golden Age Foundation jointly announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the GAES, to officially activate the development of the “Smart Ecosystem for the Silver Population” in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). For further details, please refer to the HKUST press release.

The GAES attracted over 40,000 visitors from more than 10 countries and areas. The Summit gathered over 100 international and local speakers, covering a wide spectrum of topics on smart aging, while the Expo featured nearly 200 booths showcasing the latest products, services and solutions.
